We are in-network with the insurances above. All other insurances we likely accept but are out of network with. Give our office a call with any questions!
Uninsured Patients
CareCredit: CareCredit is here to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance does not cover. Apple Blossom Dental Savings Plan: We now offer an in-house dental savings plan for the uninsured! This is your chance to take advantage of all the dental services we offer at significant savings!
Our individual patient plan is $349/year. Our household plan is $650.00/year for the first two members -- any additional members up to age 20 (or age 26 if pursuing post secondary education full-time) is an additional $250/year.
Dental Savings Plan patients receive unlimited x-rays, two cleanings, two routine exams, and patients under the age of 18 also receive two free fluoride treatments per year.
